 JOHN FORBES MEMORIAL DINNER For those who knew him as poet and for his classmates of the De La Salle Cronulla year of 1968 and earlier at DLS Caringbah*, and for spouses, a dinner will be held to remember John Forbes, a resident of Melbourne** from 1989 to his death in 1998, on Saturday 17 October 2009***at 6.30 for 7pm at the French Eatery, 258 Swan St, Richmond, Melbourne, Victoria. Approximate cost $100, with the surplus to be given to DLS Caringbah/Cronulla to assist a student. Attendees are also invited to a mass planned for the following morning to be said by Father Peter Carroll, also of the 1968 class. Further details will be given in August.
