Plugin for PE Builder adds JkDefrag, the Option Script and a menu item to your PE.  See attachment at bottom of page to download.  Currently includes JkDefrag 3.36

Instructions:
Unzip folder to the Plugins directory of PE Builder
Run PE Builder and make sure jkdefrag is enabled.
Build your PE
To access it: Go->Programs->JkDefrag
