2.5KB Script gives a quick and easy way to run JkDefrag in different modes and on different items.  See attachment at bottom of page to download.

Instructions:
Unzip cmd to folder where jkdefrag.exe is located.
Run jkdefrag.cmd
The options in [brackets] are defaults, just press enter if you want to accept those.
