What is this?

This is an attempt to construct a recommendation list for IY fanfiction by aggregating people's opinions These recommendations are averaged together into a central list, which, when enough people have participated, will be displayed for people to use to find good reading, instead of gong unassisted into the jungles of the online archives.

I've tried to address all questions and issues in the links to the left, but if something comes up that isn't answered, or you have other comments or concerns, please feel free to e-mail me at iyreclist@gmail.com.

Also, my web design skills suck. Okay, they don't, but I don't have the time to allocate to making things pretty (as an example: see me).  If you want to spruce the thing up for me, let me know.
