... ABOUT IYHA

The Indianapolis Youth Hockey Association (IYHA) is a non-profit sports program based at the Carmel Ice Skadium, located at 1040 Third Avenue SW, Carmel, Indiana. Our phone number is 317.815.0499. The organization has been in existence since 1956. All children from Carmel and the surrounding community are welcome to play.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees for 2012-2013 

Costs for all IYHA House League players (Bantam through Mites)

Players who are pre-registered and pay either by cash or check$ will be guaranteed the season rate of $540 plus $40 fundraising certificates per player (Mike’s Car Wash) for a total of $580 due. The cost per player to preregister is $180*. In addition, all pre-registered players will be able to participate in three free hockey clinics to be offered throughout the summer (before the season begins). To be guaranteed this rate, you must pre-register by May 31, 2012.

The cost for players who register after May 31st will be $590 plus $40 in fundraising certificates (Mike’s Car Wash) for a total of $630 due for those paying by cash or check$ ( The cost for securing a spot after May 31st is still $180*; however, spots will be on a first come, first serve basis).

Costs for Girls House League

The cost for pre-registering for the Girls House League is also $180*. Because of generous financial support and sponsorship to grow the girls program in the area, the cost for the girls house season will be $300 plus $40 in fundraising certificates (Mike’s Car Wash) for a total of $340 due for those paying by cash or check$.

Costs for Mini-Mites

The cost for pre-registering for Mini-Mites is also $180*. The cost for a full season of Mini-Mites will be $410 plus $40 in fundraising certificates for a total of $450 due for those paying by cash or check$.

*Please note: $180 pre-registration is a down-payment.  The remainder of fees will be due in September at final registration. The pre-registration cost is non-refundable.

$The season rates listed above are based on a $20 discount from the full season rate for those paying via check or cash. THIS DISCOUNT IS ALREADY APPLIED IN THE RATES LISTED ABOVE.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
  • In order for your child to become a member of IYHA, he/she must first become a member of our parent organization, USA Hockey. You can register with USA Hockey by going to the USA Hockey website.   There will be a fee per player. Payment to USA Hockey can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Players 6 and younger are free but still have to complete the online registration. Print off a copy of the Confirmation Page (the page with the bar code) you will receive at the end of your transaction.
  • IYHA PAYMENT / PAPERWORK DAY for the 2012-13 season will be at the end of Summer 2012. The exact date will announced.
    • Please plan to attend and bring in your required paperwork and pay your remaining balance.
  • IF YOU ARE PRE-REGISTERING, you will need to pay the deposit. The balance of your fees will be due on IYHA PAYMENT / PAPERWORK DAY (to be announced)
    • FREE CLINICS: Zotec Partner's Carmel Ice Skadium will sponsor 3 free clinics to all IYHA players signed up for the 2012-2013 season (Check back periodically for details).
    • Note that USA Hockey Registration for 2012-13 season will begin April 1, 2012 but you can submit this form anytime up to the point of  IYHA PAYMENT / PAPERWORK  / DAY.
  • IF YOU ARE REGISTERING AFTER IYHA PAYMENT / PAPERWORK  / DAY (to be announced) payment in full is required.
  • PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO “IYHA”.
