Registration form Please use the registration form in the style format name-reg_iwhmhm09.doc and it should be mailed to the Convener or electronically to iwhmhm09@gmail.com so as to reach by October 31, 2009. Registration Fee Indian Participants: Rs. 2500/- Accompanying person: Rs. 1500/- Foreign Participants: US $ 200 Accompanying person: US $ 100 * Due to lack of funds, the registration fee is mandatory for all participants, and it covers a working lunch and workshop materials during the days of the workshop. Indian participants may pay the registration fee by a Demand Draft, drawn in favor of `The Convener, IWHMHM 09' payable at Chennai and the same can be sent to the convener latest by October 31, 2009. Foreign participants may pay the registration fee upon arrival. However, the registration fee may be waived for a few young participants whose area of interest are close to the theme of the workshop in case of availability of sufficient grants for the workshop.
