Welcome back Potsdam Students! Hopefully your break was restful and enjoyable.

This week for the main event we are meeting at Potsdam State at 7 pm (prayer at 6 pm for anyone interested). Rides will be leaving from infront of SAS at 6:45. [Note: the location is in front of SAS because of a Hockey game at Cheel]

This Friday (10/9) the main event will be held in the Hamilin/Powers seminar room. We will also be missing our friends from across the river since SUNY Potsdam will be on fall break.

On Thursday (10/8) there is a talk entitled "EVIDENCES OF GOD: Rational Thinking or Intellectual Suicide?” by Robert Dale at Clarkson University in Snell 212 at 7pm.

We wish safe travels this weekend and next week to all students who are traveling.

As I'm sure many of you are aware the semester has began and the work load on students is ridiculous. So that is my excuse for not posting this earlier. But now onto what you are all looking for.

Thursday night (Tomorrow!) the Julia Marie Band is playing at the Knowles MPR at Potsdam State. For more information about this event check out Facebook. Of for more information about the JMB band.

On Friday night The Main Event is in Hamlin/Powers "The Pit" seminar room at 7 and join us at 6 for a time of prayer. Rides will be leaving the union at 6:45.

Saturday Night is InterVarsity's annual Barn Dance. This year the event will be held in the Knowles MPR room at Potsdam State. If you would like more information check out Facebook. At the event there will be a "Best Dressed" competition and a Pie eating competition. Rides will be leaving Cheel at 6:45.

Welcome back Potsdam Students!

Small groups at Clarkson are starting up this week! So make sure that you take a look at the Missional Small Group. Small groups will start up next week (9/7/09) at Potsdam State!

The InterVarsity Old Timers meeting is this Tuesday (9/1) at 7pm in Crane 107. This is your chance to meet up with everyone you haven't seen since May and make sure you stick around afterward for a fire and marshmallows.

On Thursday at 6pm there will be Pizza in Lehman Park. So join us for food and a fun start to the semester!

At 7pm on Friday join IV for the first Main Event with both Clarkson & Potsdam State back in session. We will be meeting at Potsdam State in the Fireside Lounge (upstairs in the Union).

Welcome Back Clarkson Students! We hope that everyone had a safe enjoyable summer. The next couple weeks are supper busy for us but here is a quick picture of the immediate future.

Tuesday 25 - IVCF will be at the Clarkson Activities Fair so make sure you stop by and meet us especially if your a new student at Clarkson.
Thursday 27 at 6:00 - Grill-in-the-Grass at the Cheel BBQ pit (behind Sheel).
Friday 28 - The first Main Event of the year which will be in the Hamlin/Powers (The Pit) Seminar Room.

Check back in the fall for information about what new is happening for InterVarsity. Everyone have a safe summer and travel safely.

For Clarkson students the end of the semester is rapidly approaching and soon many Clarkson students will be gone until August. However, Potsdam State will still be around for a few more weeks (and if you think that this is unfair, just remember that state doesn't come back untill a week after Clarkson in August).

For the next two weeks The Main Even will be at Potsdam State's Fireside Lounge at 7pm.

Please keep those that will be traveling at the end of the semester and this summer in your prayers.
