My tamagotchi were my best friends for at least 2 years of my life. Nobody really wanted to talk to me, and I was considered a nerd. But I still had my little electronic buddies to pull me through. What is a tamagotchi??

 This is my v4 tamagotchi. This one actually really belongs to me.   I bought this one with my own money, and this one has a funny story. I was in Brentwood mall in Canada, and I went with my grandmother. My grandma trusted me enough to let me go into the toy aisle by myself.  That's when I saw it. MY tamagotchi. It was kinda like love at first sight. I know, a little toy has nothing to do with friendship, it's just a toy. But when everybody else neglected me, then my tamagotchi was the only person I could talk to.

Matt was hatched on April 6, 2007. I cared for him the first 5 days really well. Unfortunately, the end of year rush got me, and Matt passed away  2 weeks after hatching. Let's just say the legacy lives on through Cindy, the 4th Tamagotchi hatched on my v4.
