Blocks of rooms are being held at two local hotels. If you wish to reserve a hotel room you must make the arrangements yourself and cannot be done through the registration site unless you prefer on-campus housing.

On-campus accommodations will be available in the Resnik residence hall on the Carnegie Mellon main campus, at the rates mentioned below. Check-in time is 9am-7pm every day of the week. The check-in location is the Summer Conference Office located in Donner Hall on Margaret Morrison Street. If for travel reasons, you will need to check in after 7pm, special arrangements can be made by calling the Summer Conference Office at 412.268.4101. Check-out time for campus housing is 11am EST on the day of departure (No exceptions please). Most rooms are double accommodations (2 beds, 2 desks, 2 desk chairs, 2 dressers, 2 wardrobes). If a single room is desired, you may stay in a double by yourself at the rate provided below. All guests are provided bed linens (comforter, sheets & blanket), a pillow and bath towels. This air-conditioned facility is smoke free.
