Terms & Conditions of iTriumph Swim School
- Renewals - To maintain your timeslot renewal payments are due on or before your second last session.
- Returned / NSF Cheques - A thirty dollar fee is applied for cheques returned due to non-sufficient funds, closed account, stop payment or similar circumstance. Fee and outstanding balance are due immediately.
- Make-up lessons - Only students in one-on-one classes are eligible. To qualify for a make-up lesson written notice to coachmatt@live.ca must be received five days prior to an absence, or a Doctor’s note must be received within one week of the absence. Clients are eligible for a make-up lesson once every enrolment period. Make-up lesson credit shall be used as an extra lesson within the duration of the Swimming Lesson Agreement or credit will be applied at the end of the package as an extra lesson in your regular timeslot.
- Attendance and Participation – Attendance, punctuality and participation are the responsibility of the client, and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Amending of Policies – iTriumph reserves the right to amend, to add, and to adopt new policies as it may deem necessary for the proper management of the facility and business.
- Open for Operation – iTriumph may be closed for holidays and for a period over the Christmas holidays. This information will be posted on iTriumph’s website and at the pool.
- Unavailability of Facility or Service – Client accepts the fact that the facility or service may be unavailable at any particular time due to mechanical breakdown, fire, act of God, condemnation, loss of lease, catastrophe, staffing issue or any other reason. Missed lesson(s) for any of these reasons will qualify the client for a make-up session when/if it is reasonable to do so.
- iTriumph reserves the right to expel and/or ban students and/or persons at its discretion.
