They will learn how to design and teach inquiry-oriented curriculum for digital age learners. Teachers will also explore how to use and evaluate the appropriate technologies for use in the classroom and practice using these strategies and technologies in their own classroom as part of this course. The core content of this course will align where possible to ISTE’s educational technology standards for teachers, revised in 2008. Overview of the course expectations.

During this course of study and guided by the instructor, teachers will create a series of technology enhanced classroom lessons connected to a unit of study in the subject area they are currently teaching. As part of this course, teachers will be required to teach and share/evaluate the student work from these lessons.
