The International Scientific Program Committee (ISPC) The functions of the International Program Committee are to advise (1) selection of persons to be invited to deliver keynote or other invited lectures or to convene invited symposia (2) themes to be represented in the announcements of invitations to submit proposals for papers, posters and symposia, and (4) any other aspects of the content and form of the meeting on which members of the Programme Committee may see fit to offer advice.
