 The Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) is a copyright licensing agency authorized by motion picture studios and producers to grant the MPLC Umbrella License. The Umbrella License is an annual, facility based license that allows libraries to show an unlimited number of movies and programs that have been released by 20th Century Fox and over 390 other children's, independent, documentary, and foreign producers.
