The Association of Islamic Philosophers - AIP
The Association of Islamic Philosophers established in Ankara in 2001 February by Prof. Dr. Hayrani Altıntaş with eminent academicians. The Association of Islamic Philosophers located in Ankara University, Faculty of Divinity. Academical Members of The Association of Islamic Philosopher are from different universities.
The aims of The Association of Islamic Philosophers (AIP) in the very begining of establishment could be summed as follow:
a) Encouraging all kinds of academicals studies in the field of Islamic Philosophy,
b) Publishing books and articles,
c) Supporting M.A. and Ph.D. students with scholarship and academicals guidance,
d) Arranging conferences seminars for public interests,
e) Widening the relationship among academicians,
f) Setting a web site for communication.
Since its establishment The Association of Islamic Philosophers held national and international seminars, conferences and symposiums. Some of them:
