Using input forms with Word can save time and reinforce corporate
identity. As well as single items of variable information e.g. name,
options can be selected that result in additional paragraphs being
inserted to cater for particular circumstances or different site
addresses chosen with one click of the mouse.
When the word document is opened the form opens automatically complete with any default entries.
If there are many options a list box can be used to select, in this case, the course name. The form is completed and the OK button clicked. The letter is produced and can be printed.
