Exchange students can ask for advising to the Office of Foreign Student Affairs with questions concerning application procedure, accommodation reservation (campus radius), logistic and student services, buddy system, visa application, communication in the needed situation e.g. hospital or police station contact, grants, insurance etc.
 
Application procedure for exchange students

Take steps below when you wish to become an exchange student at Rangsit University:
Please check with the International Affairs unit whether your university has a bilateral agreement or MoU with Rangsit University
Also ask them to help you with the 3 necessary forms:

o Exchange Application Form

o Exchange Learning Agreement

o Transcript of Records of your previous study results

Make sure that all your forms are signed by you and the responsible of your university.
You can send the documents by post, by fax or by e-mail (scanned version).
Without these documents, you will NOT be allowed to study at Rangsit University

Procedures

Once we have received all the forms, we will ask your dean to sign them. If he/she agrees with your forms, we will send you the Letter of Acceptance by post and a scanned version by e-mail. This procedure will take 4 – 6 weeks. However, during holiday periods it will take longer time.

The students must submit their application form to the International Service Center and Study Abroad Office by the following dates:

NOTE: Exchange students MUST be present for Orientation and first day of classes. We recommend you arrive one week before the date of your Orientation.

Acceptance letter

After the student has been accepted, the Office of Foreign Student Affairs will firstly notify the student and partner university coordinator via email then we will send the Acceptance Letter in a scanned version by e-mail and also by regular post so that the student can have the Acceptance Letter for obtaining Non-immigrant visa(Non-ed) from Thai embassy in home country.
