Fees and Registration

FEES

The participation fee is 15€ per person and covers:
 
            registration of participants,
            two coffee breaks,
            lunch,
            closing dinner,
            excursion to UNESCO World Heritage Site "Plitvička Jezera",
            entrance ticket to "Plitvička Jezera" and a guided tour in English 
            
 
The fee is to be paid not later than April 15. The paid fee is not refundable. 

 

The expenses of travel (to and from Zagreb) and accommodation are to be covered by participants. The organisers provided participants with a list of partner accommodation facilities. Listed hostels are under tab: Accommodation.

REGISTRATION
On the day of the Conference, participants are invited to register (to take their name tags and welcome packages) at the registration desk from 9:00 till 9:45 (pay attention to the official Conference schedule)
