Hello. I'm Isamu Shigemori, a software engineer who has established his professional career at one of the leading computer makers over the last decade. I have been working in several different areas including system programming for operating system level quality improvement and Java based application development for Enterprise Computing.
I graduated from U.C. Berkeley as a Computer Science major and a degree in Business from Takushoku University in Tokyo, Japan. I've held various positions internationally in the U.S. as well as the United Kingdom. In addition, recently I completed my Master degree program of Software Engineering with the latest technology of Software Developments.
However I grew up under some constraint. I was born with having Cerebral Palsy, which caused me to be physically disabled. The YouTube video, below tells you all about it. The news video was on air in 2002 as an example of significant achievement of physically disabled people with Cerebral Palsy.

Responsibilities were identical as above. Among othser works,- Leading Software Improvement Team for Java based Diskless Client Software Suite of Solaris 10. Took responsibilities of more than 100 software defects as team, and led them to resolve.
- Solved defects in Java based remote System Installation and Administration Suite
- Ported the whole Secure Shell Suite from Solaris 10 to Solaris 9, and this porting resolved more than 70 software defects and the technical problems which about 20 external customers were facing.
- Fixing Moji-bake I18n software defect in Korn shell which happened in a 4000+ character string
- Fixing race condition cases in libc
- Giving a Technical Presentation of the product which I developed privately in a public meeting in London
