AMC Pay Per View Solutions

 

AMC solutions for 99¢ for each problem.  (Actually it is $9.95 for 10 solutions/lectures.)

If you can solve most AMC problems, then buying the whole solutions is a waste.  iSabio offers "Pay Per View" option for AMC Problem Solutions.  This is how it works.

Before you start, you should open an account with KeyOS, our DRM (Digital Rights Management) provider.  This will associate your ID/Password to your credit card number for later course purchase.  To ensure that your credit card is accepted without any problem, it will charge 1¢ (one cent) to verify the transaction.  This 1¢ will not be refunded.

  1. You should solve the problems yourself first.  All past AMC problems can be purchased from the official AMC site.  We recommend item # 50 21st Century Contests.  However, some of our solutions are for problems are for earlier years.  You can purchase those year's tests from the same site.
  2. Once you know which solutions you need to view, you can Solutions Download the solutions.
  3. The solutions are packaged (zipped) by the test.  Even if you want to view only problem #23, you will need to Solutions Download the all the solutions from the same test. If you need to see five solutions from five different tests, you should Solutions Download all five tests.   There is no charge for the Solutions Download.
  4. After you unzip the Solutions Downloaded file, you will see more than 25 files.  If the problem assumes understanding of certain concept to be applied to solve the problem, those assumed understandings are explained in separate lecture.  We call it "Knowledge Base."  A difficult math competition problems are the ones can combine several concepts into a single problem.  Those problems will have several Knowledge Base lectures associated with the problem.
  5. When you view the first solution or Knowledge Base lecture, it will prompt you for your ID/Password.  Once you log in, then it will ask for your approval for $9.95 for 10 viewing licenses of any of the AMC files from any test.
  6. Once you approve it, your credit card will be charged $9.95 and you will be able to view any 10 files from any of the solutions and Knowledge Base lectures.
  7. Please note that repeated viewings of the same file will count toward the 10 viewing limit.
  8. Make sure your player is not in repeat mode.  The count will go up every time the lecture is automatically repeated, but only to your 10th lectures.  You will be prompted to buy the next ten lectures.
  9. The count will be go up if you rewind by bring the slide bar to the front.  Only start of the lecture will count toward 10 views.
  10. If you attempt to view 11th file, it will prompt you for another $9.95 payment for another 10 viewing licenses.  You can repeat the process until all your questions are answered.
  11. The license for 10 viewings does not expire.  But the license stays on the computer where you purchased it.  If you need to view it on a different computer, you will need to buy another 10 licenses for $9.95.
  12. The license can be used for other AMC solutions that iSabio will provide in the future.
