Join us every Thursday for an  invigorating walk around the lake in Woodbridge (Irvine). We walk around the lake three times for a total of about 3 miles. Moms are always welcome to stop along the way or skip a lap for breast feeding, diaper changes, etc.         

The best part is after the walk. We usually go across the street for coffee or ice tea. It is a great time to make new friends and get advice from other moms. 

 The walk is open to any mom who has completed her six week Doctors check. (Dads are welcome too!! We’ve never actually seen any, but they are welcome)

We meet at 9:30 am, Every Thursday in front of Waters Restaurant
