Yoga for Stress Management: Corporate, group, or individual sessions designed to to help you reduce stress, improve concentration, and become more aware of your own wellbeing. At the office or in your home Yoga Life Coaching: One-on-one sessions to support your agenda and needs while helping you to dissolve the life-long blocks, troublesome patterns and limiting beliefs that prevent you from moving forward with the life you really want. The first consultation is free. In subsequent sessions you and your coach will co-create forward momentum and design activities that you will complete between sessions. You will be asked powerful questions so you can self-discover what your next doable steps are in any given moment. You will be amazed at what you already know and how you can expand into immediate action and results with the support of a trained coach. Small Group Classes
Yoga for Runners: A yoga practice to work the muscles often strained by pounding the pavement or trails; a deep tissue exercise in breathing new life into areas of soreness and tightness. Focus is on strengthening core running muscles for better stability and posture while stretching overworked muscles to reduce risk of injury and help you reach that new PB
Intro to Yoga: For beginners to learn the correct alignment of asanas with emphasis on getting into and out of postures with control. The teacher will be more hands-on, adjusting students to help them learn proper technique and alignment.
Power Flow: Multi-level class in which we will flow with the breath and energize the body through more challenging yoga poses. We will work to connect to our bodies, create a greater sense of awareness to ourselves and through this practice become stronger both physically and mentally.
Alternative Exercise Options
Day-treats: Expeditions to the greener pastures of Hong Kong, hike or swim in the beautiful nature, then unwind and relax with yoga on the beach.
