- Team members, siblings, and parents are expected to display proper respect and sportsmanship toward coaches, officials, meet administrators, and fellow competitors.
- Appropriate behavior in restrooms/changing rooms at all times (no horseplaying).
- As a matter of team pride and courtesy to the meet host, swimmers are expected to leave the IROCKETS team area in a net and clean condition at the conclusion of the meet/practice.
- All questions swimmers or parents may have concerning meet results, an officiating call, or the conduct of a meet should be referred to the IROCKETS coaching staff only. Our coaches, in turn, will pursue the matter through appropriate channels.
- Swimmers are expected to sit with the team and participate in all team meet activities and team meetings.
- Attendance is taken at the end of practice during team meetings.
- Volunteers are always needed for practices, meets, and in between.
- The therapy pool is off limits to all swimmers under 14 years of age.
- Diving in the pool can only happen during swim team practice, swim lessons, and during meets.
- There will be meets/scrimmages throughout the season. Dates will be confirmed and emailed asap. Participation is encouraged but not mandatory.
