12/06  An event list and map to the 12/10 USA Swimming Meet in White River Junction will be emailed to everyone.  The map will also be available on the website in the Maps section that day.  CLICK HERE for map, CLICK HERE for Event List.

12/08  From 7:00-7:15pm (right after practice) we'll hold a brief meeting in the IROC lobby for IROCKETS attending the 12/10 USA Swimming meet.  We'll talk about what to expect at a USA Swimming meet, provide recommendations for swimmers and families regarding when to arrive at the pool, parking considerations, and coordinate a pre-meet breakfast for one or more mornings that weekend.  Maps and a phone contact list will be available as well.

12/10  USA Swimming Meet in White River!!!   

Membership IDs:    All swimmers must have their USA Swimming membership ID with them when they attend any USA Swimming event.  Parents/Guardians may want to safeguard the ID and have it available should it be required when checking their swimmer into the meet.

Approved Swimsuits:  Conventional swimwear may be worn during a USA Swimming event.  The suits our team wears for practice are fine, including the Kiefer, Speedo Endurance, and TYR Fusion suits we recommend.  Please note, however, that swimsuit restrictions apply to technical/competition suits and those rules are listed below.  Click here to see a list of technical suits that are approved for use in USA Swimming events.  If your swimmer is going to wear a technical suit, please be sure it's one found on the approved list.
