01-09-11...meet results have not yet posted on New England Swimming's website but should be there on Monday or Tuesday.  As soon as posted, I will provide a link to them here on our site.  More pics to post by Monday night anyone with pics of the Sunday events - please send them to Teresa at IROCKETS@aol.com.  Thank you!

01-07-11...SUNDAY START TIMES HAVE CHANGED:   1/9 Sunday a.m. - 7am warmup / 1/9 Sunday afternoon - 12 Noon warmup

  • 01/05  From 7:00-7:15pm (right after Weds practice) we'll hold a brief meeting in the IROC lobby for IROCKETS attending the 01/07 St. Mike's meet.  We'll talk about what to expect at a USA Swimming meet, provide recommendations for swimmers and families regarding when to arrive at the pool, parking considerations, and coordinate a pre-meet breakfast for Saturday.  A full handout including a phone contact list will be available as well.
