Important News about the IROC Meet on 02/06/10 - BYOC & Potluck
Our meet this Saturday now includes our friends from the St. Johnsbury and Colebrook teams!
BYOC - BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR - we will be sharing IROC's chairs with Border Hoops so they may be limited in the pool area. Bring your own and you'll definitely have a place to sit!
We have also reserved the Community Room for the after-swim potluck, so please bring your nutritious snacks and dishes upstairs when you arrive at IROC at 8:45am tomorrow.

Sat. Jan. 23 AWAY vs. NCCRC. Arrive at 8:45am. Warmup at 9:00am. Meet starts at 9:30am.
Sat. Jan. 30 AWAY vs. St. J. Arrive at 11:00am. Warmup at 11:15am. Meet starts at 12 Noon.
Sun. Jan 31 USA Swiming Event in Essex - sign up with coaches by 01/21. Must be signed up as a USA Swimmer.
Sat. Feb. 6 Home vs. St. J. Arrive at 8:30am. Warmup at 9:00am. Meet starts at 9:30am.
Fri. Feb 12 thru Sun. Feb 14 USA Swimming Event - NES Regionals @ White River Junction, VT. USA swimmers must qualify for this meet - entries due to Coach Heather by 02/01/10.
Sat. Mar 6 CANCELLED AWAY at St. J (meet with NCCRC). Arrive 11:00am. Meet starts 12 Noon.
