Setp1: Get an Application Form and a Test Guide for JLPT 2011.
Step2: Carefully read the Test Guide for JLPT 2011
Step3: Complete all sections of the Application Form (A & B) for JLPT 2011
Step4: Attach Two 3cm X 3cm indentical photos: put one on the test voucher and one on the test voucher copy.
Step5: Prepare the test fee.
Step6: Send the following documents to the JLPT Administrator (SALIS School Office, Dublin City University, Dublin 9)
・Application Form (A & B), Test Voucher and Test Voucher copy attachining the 2 identical photos.
・A self-addressed A5 envelop with a € 0.55 stamp for your test voucher.
・A self-addressed A4 envelop with a € 0.95 stamp for your test score and certificate. IMPORTANT: Your application will NOT be accepted unless ALL requirements outlined above are completed ! 5. How to pay NEW !
