WELCOME The Iowa Public Procurement Association (IPPA), the 76th chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), is a non-profit organization made up of Public Purchasing Officials throughout the State of Iowa. Our membership includes representatives from state and local government, as well as special districts and public education agencies who are concerned with professionalism and continuing education in the purchasing profession. IPPA, which was chartered on November 19, 2008, has grown to over 70 members at present. IPPA is committed to sharing information, improving communication and increasing education within our purchasing group. The Board provides leadership to IPPA. Our specific goals are as follows:
