Jailbreakme.com has been updated and it is okay to use now. Personally, I would still recommend www.slovix.com/touchfree/jb because I have not had the chance to test out jailbreakme.com after they updated it. 

Alright after messing around with my iPod trying ALL of the jailbreaks, I have finally come to the conclusion that they all do pretty much the same thing (duhhh). But personally, I still prefer the old fashion method of the good old jailbreak.bat (the first video I posted). It still seems to be the most reliable, as I type this I am jailbreaking my iPod for the 18th (yes, I counted) time in the last 10 days.

You people ask way to many questions :P

If your dock is on the top of your screen please go to the downloads section, download iPhoneApps.rar and replace the N45AP.plist thats under (system/library/coreservices/springboard.app) with the one thats in the rar file. Sorry for the mess up (I accidentally uploaded my summerboard N45AP.plist file).

I added iJailBreak to the downloads section, it is an automatic jailbreak for Mac's, I do not have a Mac, so I can't confirmed if it is indeed working
