1. When updating an application, the new one is installed in a different "location" on the homescreen than the original installation.  For example, if it's on the first page as the last icon (so bottom right corner) and your homescreen is full, after you update it, it will be on the second page and the original spot is now blank.
2. Location services will stop working and require a reboot
3. The Date/Time on the iPhone will drift (min drifted 10 minutes in 3 days). Turning the phone Airplane mode on/off forces a resync with the GSM tower
4. The SMS App can take 10 seconds to load
5. Safari dies whenever I try to use Office Communications Server web access. First, since OCS web access requires pop-ups, you need to go into iPhone Settings -> Safari to allow popups. Once you've done that you can sign in to OCS but, at least in my case, Safari then dies and I get sent back to the iPhone home screen.
