Jane is founding head of NIPC Law, the first and so far only specialist intellectual property and technology law chambers outside London. She is an accredited arbitrator, mediator and domain name dispute resolution expert on the WIPO, Consensus Mediation and several other panels. She is a member of the Chancery and IP Bar Associations. Sara LudlamLeeds Sara Ludlam is Ludlams’ principal and she is an expert in the highly specialised area of Intellectual Property ("IP") law, dealing with both contractual and litigious IP issues. Sara trained in a niche specialist litigation and IP practice in London, and has worked in law firms and in industry specialising solely in intellectual property law since 1993. She has a diploma in “Intellectual Property Law & Practice” from Bristol University and as a fluent French speaker she attended L’ Institut Français in London in 2001 to study for Le Çertificat du Français Juridique.
