Re: ‘InView’ Advertising – Colour Costs


You may be aware that we now have a colour printing facility for the magazine. As the cost of a colour sheet is significantly higher than black and white, the cost of a colour advert will be higher. The current prices for black and white adverts and the new prices for colour adverts are shown below:

Adverts should be designed by the advertiser as a Word document on the computer and e-mailed to me at the above address. The e-mail should confirm the size required and the postal address for invoicing. If this method is not possible, I can scan in a paper copy of your advert or design one for you but there is a £10 set up fee for either of these options. No fee is payable if you let me have a copy of your advertisement on a disc, CD or memory stick.


We have recently introduced several discounts for block booking with payment in advance. We offer a 5% discount for 3 months, 7.5% for 6 months and a 10% discount for a year. Please let me know if you wish to take advantage of these at the time of advertising.


The deadline for adverts to be received by me is the 1st of the previous month i.e. 1st December for the January issue. Invoices will be issued once the magazine has been printed.
