coma recipe of the day
1 can sweetened condensed milk(caramel) 1 cup brown sugar 2 bananas 2 to 4 eggs bread cinnamon 2 almond joy bars smashed or chopped real butter 1 cup of coconut rum any rum will due if you don’t have this one. for nonalcoholic hazel nut creamer is a good choice but add it to the bananas later drop a can of condensed milk in a pot of boiling water, and boil for 90 minutes. Make sure the can is always completely submerged, and after boiling, do not open the can until it has cooled to the touch. When it is done drop spoonfuls of it warm on to the to the finished French toast cut the bananas up any way you like but try not to cut them to thin or they will cook to fast "and that’s not good" you need them to sop up the rum flavor. fry the bananas in the butter and slowly add the rum when they are brown on both sides they're done. blend eggs and 1/2 the brown sugar, some rum and cinnamon mix in a bowl with a fork then soak bread of choice in it on both side and fry in the pan till done. topping: blend the rest of the brown sugar cinnamon almond joy bits in a bowl presentation: toast, drops of caramel, bananas and then the topping. it's also not bad with coconut ice cream.(you can get it at food city in az and mexican/indian stores have it most of the time. "it's good" |
