I started an education in the KaosPilot school in Denmark. An alternative business school that strives to be the best school for the world by educating in creative Business-, Leadership-, Project- and
Process Design. Coming from a diverse background of experiences and visions I feel that this path is the best one for me to unfold my potential in netweaving and exploring collective intelligence. I currently don't have
the resources to finance my learning and living myself.
Familywise: A younger brother (carpenter) and an older half-brother whose wife just gave birth to their second child. A beloved cat. Two awesome parents who i feel merged and transcended in myself characterwise. The sharp mathematical intellect and systemic perception from him - the compassionate way of being wild and feeling connected from her.
 After technical college my life kicked off by living one year in the intentional community ecovillage 7Linden in northern Germany. Besides the job as a volunteer i did training in deep ecology, a vision quest and an Ecovillage Design Education course there. Living with young people on a caravan circle and having a vivid sharing culture i gained a lot of experience in emotional transparency, group dynamics, free love, conferences, working on organic building sites, 'spiritual vocabulary' and much more. Then i started studying Bioinformatics (programming + biology) in Munich. During that time i gave workshops in the self-empowered field of "systemic group dynamic" together with a friend in the ecovillage. We created exercises and visualizations about the synergy of programming and group processes. These processes brought forth metaphors that trigger meaningful reflections and inspire a
systemic perception on dynamics that appear self-similar on different levels. I wrote a german paper about "systemic awareness" to summarize methods and insights.
I quit my studies after one year and started an internship at the Hub in Berlin in the areas of community building, layout and online media. I learned a lot about self-organized organisations, the value of appreciation, and caring 
about the atmospheric space. I became team member of the Institute for Participatory Design and i am looking
forward to projects that will arise from that. This spring i had three great months traveling in the US. My search engine for people and projects was tuned to Permaculture, Transition Towns and Dance Rituals. From New York, i bounced right back into my ecovillage for a Students of Sustainability gathering and then an Art of Hosting Training in the Hub Berlin. In those recent groups i found myself adding value by making connections visible through Community Mapping processes and being the
My alignment is towards 'alive' processes, in myself or in others. I am trustworthy and able to create sacred and safe spaces for sharing, holding and growing. I can listen loud and add meaningful perspective by sharing an energetic perception. I love to use my body to embody whats moving me, therefore i use the 5Rhythms to "sweat my prayers" and unleash the creativity in my bones and muscles, my e-motion. I am very much in a "self-discovery" phase of my life and may therefore appear unreliable in intense processes - nevertheless my communication is naturally direct, authentic and transparent.
 "Collective intelligence" seems to be the umbrella under which i am developing passions and knowledge in different forms. My whole system is aligned with the vision of a sustainable peaceful future with communities of mutual support. I am a wild and original being - i love running around naked in the forest and i enjoy envisioning fancy technology, group tools and social architecture. I use the computer as a tool - i let it be my extended body that enlarges the range of my senses. I love to follow trails online, explore networks, extract the meaning of it, distribute it further and build relationships. I care for my friends offline and online. I trust my intuition and keep it grounded in my value system. I know that i am good for the world by being me. I am very generous and love to help free people's energy and potential in whatever way appropriate. I actually think i would be a great rich person because i'd know what to support...I feel equipped with good raw material to be and become a meaningful weaver of people, ideas and networks; to be and become a co-conductor for pushing evolutionary edges. I see myself operating in the domain of paradigm shifts and social innovation, with a commitment to personal and collective evolution.
Therefore i need: education
A long search led me to the KaosPilot school in Denmark. I felt strongly attracted by the maturity/competence/crazyness of the Kaospilots i met. I resonated with their original colorfulness and their alignment toward feeding 'alive' processes, dealing with overwhelm/frustration and facilitating group sessions.
So i went through the intense application process, got chosen into the Team and committed myself to three years of business-, leadership-, project- and process design! I know that people are good for the world when they dance their passion and I feel that this path is currently the best one to improve my dance.
Exploring new ways of dealing with money & value, giving & receiving - i put myself out here in trust of social networks. Young and bold as I am and dreaming about my gifts for the world. Not begging but giving you the chance to invest in my future and benefit from the relationship with me.
I interact with the Art of Hosting and the Hub network. I feel connected to Rites of Passage work, Trance Dance Rituals, the Transition Town Movement, the Global Ecovillage Network, NextGEN and several online communities more.

My ritual-name on the vision quest was "Benjamin, the man who perceives and connects". I feel that expresses my journey very well.
I can see myself as a facilitator for workshops that explore the energetic, metaphorical and self-similar perspective to all kinds of dynamics through games and visualisations. Also i have the feeling that i will be able to generate useful tools in the field of collective intelligence since my perception is tuned to energetic movements and its naturally for me to invent new stuff and connect links.
 My connections to people and networks combined with my sense of the leading edge of emergence leads me to see myself becoming a valuable knot/hub/conductor - helping synergise the global network of sustainability initiatives, paradigm shifts, social innovation and related fields.
I have a quite effective internal processor for horizontal information flow (forwarding, sharing) as well as the ability to dive deeply into vertical processes. And i see myself as a bridge between technology hypernetworking geeks and interconnected nature-lovers. Because i have these axes and extremes in me, i feel ready to play an important role in my generation and be a voice that will be heard. I see the coming three years at the KaosPilot school with Team16 as the perfect playground for personal and professional growth, skilling me in entrepreneurial thinking and teamworking skills to bring me to my full potential!
