FREEDOM
Nudism is an expression of freedom and to be nude is to be totally free. Nudism embraces the joy of living in a comfortable, healthy, and natural way. Although nudists prefer to enjoy life clothes free, we know that in some cases clothing serves a practical purpose and is appropiate.
SELF ACCEPTANCE
Nudism promotes self acceptance. Our self-esteem is boosted by our ability to accept ourselves the way we are. Our body is not a source of shame. The human body itself is not lewd, indecent or degrading in any way. We accept our bodies as one with nature and we feel a closer connection with the sun, wind, and earth while nude.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS
Nudists respect for others as they are. Nudists accept others regardless of social class, profession, age, race, size, shape, gender, or disability. People who enjoy nudism distinguish between nudity and sex and can keep them separate. Nudists follow common sense rules of etiquette to respect the freedom of others as we enjoy our own freedom.
HAVE FUN
Just about any activity (or lack of activity) is more enjoyable while nude and this is good for the mind and spirit.
