This webpage was created happily using googlepages. :)

Googlepages is a very simple webcreation tools (with Google Page Creator [Labs]), and a simple file hosting provided by Google. It provides 100Mb of storage with 20Mb filesize limit on upload, and unknown bandwith (i hope unlimited =D). Every google accounts may have 3 sites on googlepages, one with own username subdomain, and 2 with custom subdomain (*.googlepages.com).

No HTML knowledge is necessary, the WYSIWYG editor is very friendly to use :D. What you need is just a basic internet knowledge!
