All forms needed to sanction your event can be found at: www.usatf.org  under "Resources For"

All events need the "Application for a Sanction Form".

If you need our insurance you also need: "Request for Certificate of Liability Insurance".

For the day of your event, you should also print off a few "Incident Report Forms". -Sometimes claims can be made days after your event is over.

You also need to print off and return to Kate the "Post Event Report".

Why do you need a sanction for your event?

Insurance is the main reason. USATF provides those best insurance for your dollar for any road races, cross country races, track & field meets, marathons, ultra-terrain and mountain running events. 

By sanctioning your event you also get listed on our calendar for our Association and if requested, the National calendar.
