Inland Northwest Society for Human Resource Management (INSHRM) is a regional, non-profit association which was founded in October 1939. 
The purpose of this association is to:

  • Develop and maintain the professional competencies of its members
  • Raise standards of performance in all phases of human resource management
  • Encourage adherence to a professional Code of Ethics and
  • Promote excellence in the field of human resource management.



ASM International

ASM International fosters the understanding and application of metals and engineered materials and their research, design, reliable manufacture, use, and economic and social benefits. This is accomplished via a global information-sharing network of interaction among members in forums and meetings, education programs, and through publications and digital media.
