By public transportation:
Pearson is served by both GO Transit and the TTC (Toronto's bus and subway system).  GO transit runs buses every 20-30 minutes.  Tickets are purchased with cash on the bus, the fare is $3.65 and the buses run to both Yorkdale and York Mills stations.  The trip takes roughly 30 minutes From here you can connect to the subway to go into the downtown core or you can connect to other GO buses which will take you to other destinations such as Mississauga, Thornhill, Pickering and Brampton.

TTC buses are Toronto's main public transportation and run every 10-15minutes.  Cash fare paid on the bus is $3.00 for adults, with a slight reduction for seniors and children under 12.  Change is not provided. the 58A takes you to the northern part of the city, 307 takes you into midtown Toronto,

The best route is bus192 (from terminal 1) which takes you to the subway in the West end of the city-Kipling Station- where you can transfer to the subway and be in down town Toronto within 20-25mins. Take the Bloor subway line east to Yonge. Change subways to take the Yonge line south to College station. Shuttle bus:
Airport Express is a coach bus that connects the airport with many of the major downtown hotels and is $17 one way and $30 round trip with a 10% discount for booking online.

Taxi/Limo:
Airport limosines are also available for flat rates of $35-$45 depending on where you need to be dropped off.  These limos can hold up to 4 passengers and are usually Cadillacs or Town Cars.  They can be hired without reservation at the airport.

If you are going to downtown Toronto and have less than three passengers it may be less costly to go by limo than by taxi.  Limos are flat rate while taxi's are not and with the airport located near North America's busiest hwy, you will find that you sit in traffic racking up a bill for a very long sit on the 401.  Taxi's, however, are great for getting around the city once you have arrived at your hotel.

Driving Directions: Exit Toronto City Centre Airport. Take Bathurst Street to Queens Quay West. Turn right. Take Queens Quay West to Yonge Street and turn left. Take Yonge Street north and continue north until you come to Wood Street (one block north of College). The hotel entrance is located off of Wood Street just east of Yonge Street.
