• Socials are always the third Tuesday of the month.  Exceptions are November and December because of the holidays.
• The venue must have rest rooms.
• Events caches should not be placed for the event since they tend to draw people award from the social aspect of the event.
• Contact Daggy or Tater before submitting the event cache page.  This gives us a chance to verify there are no conflict with future socials already planned and to post the information on the website.
• Geocaching.com rules state that event cache pages must be submitted a minimum of two weeks before the event.
