Bear is wishing everyone a happy JaNuary!

We adopted "Bear" a black Labrador from a truck in the Wal-mart parking lot. He was a little tiny black puppy with pudding eyes. He stole our heart from the first minute we held him, now he has grown into a beautiful fun loving dog who twice a day gets his carrots, spinach, cucumber, apple slices and celery sprinkled with olive oil and a little organic apple cider. He is on a half veggie/Science Diet diet. The fish oil supplement makes his coat so shiny.
Every morning after eating his meal he is ready to bring me for a walk, no matter what the weather is like we march out of the house. Bear is very social so he enthusiastically greets the other dogs and owners, although for some it is to early to receive such an exiting greeting.

From Bear's perspective:
After the morning walk it is time to relax and watch mom being on the computer and not paying any attention to me, so I find myself something to chew on, I know better than to touch any shoes, books or other important stuff in the house. My toys are sometimes not very interesting but my mom's business cards and daddy's socks are very inviting. I used to play with Mr. Diesel the cat, I loved to play with him and he did not mind very much putting my teeth around his neck. Mr. Diesel went to cat heaven and I miss him very much.
When the weather is hot I can play with the water hose and cool off in my kiddy pool. After a long nap I feel refreshed and ready to play again in the back yard and tire myself out running after the tennis ball too many times. So all in all I have lots of fun on this earth.

Life for me could not get any better and I am happy that I am loved so much by everyone.
