About NeoTech Systems

NeoTech Systems was founded in 1989 by Pierre Paul Landry. NeoTech Systems expertise is designing custom-built software for the Microsoft Windows platform and the web. Primary interest lies in providing advanced software tools for Information Management.

Products

From 1989 to 2003 (15 years), NeoTech Systems developed numerous custom software packages, acting as specialized consultant (aerospace and environment related).

In 2003, the company started a shift to develop an in-house product of its own: InfoQube (code-name was SQLNotes), providing Ecco Pro-like outlining / notetaking with an open and accessible database engine.

InfoQube is installed in production environments at Recyc-Quebec (since March 2004: 5 licenses) and at Eco-Entreprise Québec (since Feb. 2007: 8 licenses).

In June 2007, the first public beta version was made available to a group of 50 Ecco users. Since then, over 1000 users worldwide have downloaded it, as it is now Unicode compatible. Official release is planned for Q4 2009.
