How to Apply:
1) Contact Marshall Adult Basic Education (ABE) at (507) 537-7046 or find your local ABE office and contact them for a CASAS assessment. 2) Fill out the Interest Survey (attached below) and bring it to your local ABE office at the time of your assessment.
3) All eligible persons will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified when classes are scheduled to begin.
4) Once notified, attend the mandatory informational meeting; participants will be selected at this meeting.
Upon Selection, the following documents will be required: - Participant Registration Form (attached below)- Copy of Driver’s License - Copy of SS Card Eligibility: - Initially determined by Literacy and Math levels (must be assessed by Adult Basic Education)- Priority given to individuals enrolled in and actively attending ABE classes, individuals working within the WorkForce system, or referred by an employer and committed to completing all four courses - Classes are NOT available to anyone enrolled in the K-12 public school system For more information, contact the Marshall ABE Office at (507) 537-7046
