Welcome to Our Neighborhood

About Us

The Indian Run Townhomes located in Mason District of Fairfax County is truly a wonderful place to live. The community is located a quarter mile east of the George Mason Regional Library behind the berm in the 6900 block of Little River Turnpike at Morning Wind Court. The southern boundary is bridged by the Indian Run Stream and the dense parkland of Poe Terrace Park, site of the historic Manassas Gap Railroad.

The thirty-eight all brick quality townhomes were built by Carr Homes in 1977 and are set apart from other townhomes communities because of the lush landscaping and many mature trees. Residents, three are original owners, are proud to live here as evidence by the great pride taken in caring for their homes and yards. Indian Run is a culturally diverse neighborhood represented by over a dozen different backgrounds. Schools serving the neighborhood are Columbia Elementary, Holmes Middle School and Annandale High School.
