Dear Gardeners - - - Didn't we have just a wonderful Fall Harvest celebration yesterday? I was thrilled with the turnout. It was all about YOU and the wonderful community of gardeners WE have become. It was about our vision and transforming our hard work into a beautiful thriving garden. THANK YOU for all the wonderful goodies and refreshments. THANK YOU for your special decorations. As some of you may have found out, I was quite under the weather yesterday. Me, who nevergets sick, came down with one of those 24+ hour viruses that grip your bones, muscles and skin. I had no appetite and no energy. I tried my best but had to leave half way through the celebration. I could barely move by 3 pm and needed what energy I had left to get home. I'm still not 100% and need another day to recover. I am so sorry about that, and thanks for all your work to set up and clean up for our event. I'd appreciate your sending me any digital photos you took of the event. I will get Rob to put them on our web and also print some out for Janice to make another collage. Talk Soon, Mary |
