We are the research group interested in immunobiology of invertebrate animals, specifically in the cellular and molecular mechanisms in which molluscs defend themselves from pathogenic bacteria and multicellular parasites. We have published in the fields of comparative immunology, molecular evolution and host-parasite molecular crosstalks.
