If you install the latest MH package, you also need to install expl3.tds.zip latex macro package. The expl3.tds.zip is a part of the LaTex3. The detailed installation how to can be found in "Download and install". Also, the installation pages update are under way to reflect the inclusion of expl3.tds.zip.
