Kara Ferguson
Kara Ferguson was born and raised in Memphis, TN by extremely liberal parents. She frequently thanks them for deciding not to name her Starshine. While completing her Bachelor’s of Liberal Studies in 2008 Kara finally decided what she wanted to be when she grew up. The following January the very first issue of Midnight Screaming was published. Not only is Kara an editor, but she’s also a published author. Her work has appeared in Outercast, Static Movement, The Oddville Press, and most recently in Coscom Entertainment’s anthology Vicious Verses and Reanimated Rhymes: Zany Zombie Poetry for the Undead Head. She is also a member of a local writers group, Word Catchers, and serves as a Municipal Liaison for National Novel Writing Month.
