Eiffel Tower

 

Probably the most famous landmark in the entire world it stands proudly for almost a century now. It's visible from all over Paris and in the evening it makes heads turn every hour when its lights flicker and shine for the joy of the many tourists.

 

 

 

 

Notre Dame

 

The back of this cathedral is extremely elegant with its bows and arches that seem to spring out of the building. At night it's an attraction that one shouldn't miss and with the sky dramatically lit it seems you're stepping back in time.

Sacre Coeur

 

Everybody knows the facade of this bright white cathedral but not many people bother to look at the backside of the building. It's no less interesting and worth the 50 meters walk.

Place de la Concorde

 

Opinions probably differ on the presence of this gigantic ferris wheel in one of the nicest squares of Paris. This statue doesn't seem to care but rather seems to be heralding its fame.

Le Louvre

 

Once the royal palace, it now serves as one the principal museums in Europe and probably of the whole world. It embodies perfectly the elegance of Paris, of old and new times.

 

 

 

 

La Sainte Chapelle

 

A little jewel right in the center of Paris on the Isle de la Cité, close to the Notre Dame. Some like it better than the Notre Dame itself. It truly is a concentration of beauty and colors which won't leave anyone indifferent.
