Ekta 

Ekta is an MBA in HR from IMDR Pune and has worked as HR manager of two software firms in Hyderabad. She has also been a freelance trainer and consultant with a developmental consultancy, Thinksoft where she was involved in selection of candidates based on Behavioral Event Interviewing. 

Ekta's interests are Organizational Development and Training. She holds an M.Sc.(Education) from the Regional Institute of Education, Mysore. She was a lecturer and had taught chemistry to B.Sc. students at Shadan College, Hyderabad, before doing her MBA.

Gautam

Gautam is an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has worked as a HR manager and learning professional in various organizations like Deloitte, Dell Inc., Hewlett-Packard and Satyam.

Prior to doing his MBA, Gautam worked in the hospitality and pharmaceutical sales industries.
