2. Transfer Images from Camera to Computer

  1. To a Windows Computer - Folder on the Desktop
  2. To a Macintosh Computer using iPhoto

Creating a Project Folder (PC or Mac)

A named project folder represents organization in any project endeavor. Get your act together and teach your students the same so that you won't have stuff scattered all over the desktop or hard drive like a messy room.
  1. In a PC or Mac simply do a right click to create a New Folder. (Note- if using a Mac trackpad, just press Contol key and the trackpad clicker to make a right click.)
  2. A new untitled folder will appear on the desktop. Click in the space highlighted and name your project folder.
  3. Now you can drag and drop photos from iPhoto in a Mac or Picture folder location in Windows to your new project folder.
  4. This may also be the final resting spot for images you have manipulated in ImageBlender.
  5. If you have several different files within your project folder, you make want to make an Images folder within the project folder.
